Shipments
Packages are usually dispatched after receipt of payment and are sent via Post with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by another method with the required subscription, an additional charge will be applied; therefore, contact us before choosing this method.
The boxes are large and their items are well protected.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your packaging will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is needed to protect fragile objects.
Returns
Skytek is dedicated to offering the best experience to its customers. This extends to the assistance policy, where there is an effort to meet any and all needs of the Client. When purchasing an item in our Online Store or in our commercial space, the consumer is automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, where in the first 14 days you can return or exchange an item (except for the exceptions described in point 2) if it has not met to your expectations.
1. Conditions for accepting returns / exchanges
Although returns / exchanges are accepted in the first 14 days for distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they strictly respect the following conditions:
The returned item must be intact and without any mark / damage from use.
You will need to return the item along with its packaging, manuals and immaculate accessories.
Together with the returned item, you will have to attach the invoice containing the same item.
In case of violation of any of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and the consequent refund) or exchange.
2. Items not accepted for Returns / Exchanges
Except for technical anomaly, there are articles that by their nature cannot be accepted for returns / exchanges.
Headset / headphones / headsets, batteries, batteries, memory cards, external disks, consumables or software are not accepted.
Exchanges or returns of televisions, laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, smartwatches or tablets that have broken brand packaging are not accepted.
3. Returns refund method
If you want a refund, it will be done via bank transfer to the IBAN you indicate at the time of the return request. Skytek will reimburse the amount paid for the item as soon as the technical verification of the product's condition and verification of the fulfillment of the conditions described above is done (see point 1).
4. Start the Return / Exchange process
To start the return / exchange process, just go to our store with the item and your invoice, or if you do not have that possibility, you will have to send an email to info@skytek.lu with the subject "Commercial Return". Subsequently you must send the item via carrier to our store.
Once the item is in compliance, the cost of the return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
